FAQ

Q1. Why are all the prices listed as FROM x number of £?

The prices depend on many factors including the location of the event, the day of event (Christmas or next Saturday), the length, whether it needs some of our staff etc. Therefore the price listed is the base price and varies based on all of these factors.

Q2. What is included in the standard price?

All of the equipment needed for safe operation of the rental and set up of that equipment on site.

Q3. Do you have insurance coverage?

A 5 million pound public liability insurance policy is held by our company but unlike others we will not tell you are fully covered. It is impossible for us to insure you against all of your liabilities. For further explanation please feel free to speak to one of our event managers.

Q4. What length of time do I get the rental for?

Unless supervision is needed you can select time of delivery and collection, subject to availability. The earlier your hire is booked the better chance you have of getting the desired time slot.

Q5. Can I expect you to arrive on time?

Our team of van drivers is assigned a schedule at the beginning of each day with your requested delivery time. Every driver has ample time to make all of their deliveries in a day. As always, there may be unforeseen circumstances or delays, but time is usually left between deliveries, to account for these incidents.

Q6. Will you turn up for the event?

We’ve been this business for over 13 years and that’s not because we don’t show up. You can be assured you are dealing with professional, competent individuals who know things have to be done right.

Q7. Will you send me a confirmation of booking?

As we deal with a large volume of bookings and calls per day confirmations are only sent upon request. These are sent by email or text which allows us to keep our costs down.

Q8. Are we VAT registered?

Yes we are a UK registered company Reg No 5152738 and are fully VAT registered 870 9953 76 all prices exclude vat at the current rate

Q9. Can i keep an item longer then 7pm or overnight?

Yes we do charge £30 extra for a late night or over night booking and require a deposit this will only be left if it is felt safe to do so and will always be at your risk.

Q10. Do you require a deposit?
 
NO not for booking under £100. If the value of the booking is over £100 a £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. If for any reason the booking is cancelled you may reuse your deposit to secure another date within 3 months.
